When you submit your service request report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After filling out the form below, please ship the product needing repair to the following address:

There will be a $15.00 charge per tool for processing!!!

Remember to include company name and contact with the product. Feel free to write it on the box or include a packing slip. After we receive your product, we will prepare a quote for the repair and contact you for a confirmation to proceed.
